From 2 to 5 December 2025, the 19th edition of Woodex: the leading international exhibition for equipment, materials, and components in the woodworking and furniture manufacturing industry, will take place in Moscow.
Starting in 2026, Woodex will move to an annual format to more effectively support the rapidly evolving needs of the timber and woodworking sector. This shift ensures a consistent, modern platform for business development, technology showcasing, and industry-wide communication. Woodex and its business programme highlight the most relevant trends, challenges, and innovations in the market, enabling industry professionals to gain insights, discover solutions, and build valuable partnerships every year.
Woodex 2025 will, for the first time, be co-located with ToolMash, creating a unified platform for tools, machinery, and industrial equipment.
The Woodex and ToolMash exhibitions provide a unique opportunity to explore the full range of products, technologies, and solutions presented by leading companies over four days, allowing visitors to identify the most suitable options for their business needs.
In 2025, Woodex further expanded its showcase with two new sections,“Metalworking Equipment” and "Equipment for door production" enhancing the breadth of innovation and industry coverage available to attendees.

Woodex and ToolMash business programme:
The conference programme stands out as a central feature of the exhibitions, bringing together our team and industry partners to explore critical challenges, emerging trends, and forward-looking market forecasts.
The business programme will take place in the Forum conference hall, Pavilion 1, Hall 4.
Traditional programme topics include the plywood and sawn timber markets, industry trends and development prospects, the current state of the timber sector, support measures for equipment manufacturers, and wood waste recycling. These sessions are organised in partnership with the Lestech Association.

Co-organiser – Furniture Communication Project, the first communications agency in the furniture industry.
The forum will serve as an open platform for discussing a wide range of issues related to improving the efficiency of furniture production — from state support measures and automation to digitalisation and lean manufacturing.
Confirmed speakers include Sergey Poroshin, Expert at ANO Mosstrategia; Dmitry Pishchalnikov, Vice President of Opora Russia; and Alexander Shestakov, President of AMDP and CEO of ZAO First Furniture Factory.
Co-organiser – Association for the Development of Modular Construction. The event will be devoted to an overview of the wooden house construction market and the share of prefabricated houses, modular houses and small architectural forms in the market. Experts will discuss the differences between industrial housing construction and individual housing construction ( ), talk about suburban development and "wooden" technologies, and present an overview of completed projects demonstrating the effectiveness and advantages of using such technologies.
The key topics for discussion will be adaptation to the changing needs of the HoReCa market: trend analysis, identification of new requirements and recommendations for the development of innovative solutions.
New Woodex Connect app:
This year, we introduced the Woodex Connect mobile app, designed to make participation even more convenient and productive. The app brings together two essential digital services — Matchmaking and Lead Scanning — to enhance business meetings and streamline on-site workflows.
Matchmaking enables participants to identify relevant business partners in advance, schedule negotiations, and build an efficient agenda for the exhibition days.
